Matthew L. McClellan was born in New Jersey and has made Phoenix, Arizona his home since 1998. Mr. McClellan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2000. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2003, where he also served as Business Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. Mr.
McClellan joined the firm in 2007 and devotes all of his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others.
Mr. McClellan's almost seven years of trial practice have afforded him the opportunity to handle many different types of legal matters, including insurance coverage and complex litigation cased in Medical Negligence, Trucking, Automobile Collisions and Products Liability. His passion for the law and dedication to obtaining positive results for his clients have served him well in achieving many successful outcomes to the cases he has handled through his years of practice, both in and out of the trial court.
Mr. McClellan lives in the Phoenix area and does volunteer work for Good Samaritan Transplant Center. Mr. McClellan is also active in professional trial organizations, as well as several other professional and civic organizations.
